02 HIGH-TECH LACE Like the Fusion piece, the “Hi-Tech Lace” Projection Panel features an interaction between various glass elements. This time there are two separate panels mounted one in front of the other. The rear panel projects its colors forward onto antique Mason jar lid inserts. When no light is transmitted the piece becomes a free hanging sculpture. This is the unlighted, or front light reflected version. Now it appears as a black and white piece. © James B. Furman
